My basic housing costs
Furnished apartments are plentiful in Vung Tau. Prices can be found for any budget. Here are my monthly housing costs.
2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, around 82 m2 are as follows
Rent 11 Million VND.
Electric and water is about 1.5 Million VND.
Landlord is providing internet in the rent.
So 12.5 Million VND or about $500 USD
It a very new building. Just finished in late 2017 27 floors I'm on floor 26
